BEFORE BOOKING
First the car and the dates.
The fleet, specifications and base rate are available without registration. You choose the period and the pick-up place, then the system checks the quote and holds the car for 15 minutes while you confirm your phone.
- DriverAge, driving experience and the required documents depend on the chosen car and are set by the manager before confirmation.
- AvailabilityThe car card shows its general status. Whether the period is free is finally checked for the dates you give.
- ConfirmationA website booking is created only after a one-time code sent to the client’s number. Browsing the catalog does not require an OTP.
A booking does not replace the contract. If additional restrictions apply to a particular car, the manager will tell you about them before the documents are drawn up.
PRICE AND SECURITY
Rental and deposit are separate amounts.
The rental price is calculated in UZS from the chosen dates, rate and extra services. The refundable deposit is shown separately and is not counted as the rental company’s income.
- Base rateThe catalog price is per day. The total depends on the duration, the current rate rules and the services chosen.
- Extra servicesA child seat, an extended mileage limit and an additional driver are added to the quote before confirmation.
- DepositThe amount and currency are shown separately. The refund procedure and the grounds for deductions are set out in the contract and the return certificate.
DOCUMENTS AND CONDITION
Every stage stays on record.
Before the handover, the manager prepares the contract and its annexes. When the car is picked up and returned, the parties record its condition, equipment and the actual settlement.

Rental terms
The client chooses one of the signing methods the process provides: on paper or electronic.
- 03 / HANDOVER
Handover certificate
The manager records the mileage, fuel, equipment and condition of the car.
- 04 / ACCOUNT
Access to documents
The booking status and available PDFs can be opened in My account after signing in with an OTP.
RETURNING THE CAR
The return closes the trip and the accounts.
The manager records the actual time, mileage, fuel and condition of the car. Any damage, late return or other charges are issued separately and must not be hidden inside the rental amount.
